Magican Document is a document manager for Mac OS X. Different from Magican File, Magican Document helps users automatically list all documents in categories. For example: all iWork files, PDFs, Microsoft Office files and Open Office files can be automatically listed in a single category. Magican Document enables users to add virtual smart folders and to manage their own customized files, making Magican Document easy to use. Magican Document also allows users to gather files from different locations and to put them into a single file with the same format, name, creation date and key tag words.

Path: Select toolbox in Magican -> click Magican Document
Click the plus icon in the bottom left hand corner or right click and select Add Smart Folder in the pop-up menu
Click the folder’s desired location and name in the pop-up window
Choose the desired file name, size, etc.
