A: Magican is a cocoa application.

Q: How do I change the temperature from F to C?

A: To change the temperature from F to C, follow the steps below: "Preference"->"Stat," from there you can change the sensor at will.

Q: Under the option "clean useless binaries," how does the software determine that the binaries chosen are actually useless?

A: The executable files on Macs are in universal binary format files. That means the files may also support the older PPC platform, which is no longer used in Snow Leopard and Lion. As a result, Magican can help you cut binary files in order to save on disk space.

Q: After an initial wipe of other languages, I updated only one app but only half of the languages came back. How do I solve this problem?

Q: After I run a duplicate program, am I suppose to select which copies I want to get rid off by clicking on the individual files while in triangle view?

A: While cleaning a duplicated file, remove a single file by clicking on the empty box in front of the individual copy you want to get rid of. If you click on triangle view, all copies will be deleted except for the last copied file.

Q: How do I keep the information window displayed in a floating window? Currently it hides itself after a short while, requiring me to hover over the floating mini-palette.

A: Make sure you have the latest version of Magican and then click the thumbtack button in the floating window. This will lock the information window. Remember, Magican can automatically download the latest version when your Mac is connected to the network.

Q: How do I retrieve files I accidentally deleted myself?

A: Currently, we do not have a function that can retrieve such deleted files. This feature will be added to our future versions.

Q: I downloaded Magican but it isn't in English. All the items are in Asiatic characters! What should I do?
